When I registered as an overseas voter, I received an email explaining that I’d receive an email ballot by September 25. I called on Friday, November 2 to see what could be done. I received an email immediately.
Next, I had to go to an internet shop to print the first six pages. Then, they ran out of ink, so I had to go to another place to get the last page printed. Neither of these places have a fax, so I had to head to Office Depot, on the other side of a busy street to cast my ballot. It was quite a process, but with what is at stake in this election, it was necessary.
