Oaxacans have this incredible coffee with sugar and cinnamon, Cafe de Olla. I usually like my coffee with cream and no sugar, so I was surprised to enjoy this dark nectar.
I also am uncharacteristically collecting sugar packets, stashing them away to pass on to the children selling candies who long for a fingertip of sugar and never get to sample their own stash.
