These tacos deserve a post of their own! They are from a booth where the employees all wear bright green. One of the women there even wears a lime shade of eyeshadow.
They sing out for people to join them and seem super happy to be serving people what they call Vitamin T: tacos, tostadas, tlayudas (a cross between a quesadilla and a tostada, sort of), tortas, etc.
They are called Las Arracheras, so although they also sell carnitas and cotilla, I always get three tacos arracheras for me and three to go for Mari.
