juice

I’m a juicer.

New to the habit, I am still learning to make delicious concoctions. I know already that: Celery yields more liquid than either tomatoes and tangerines.
My tomato brew is way sweeter than any I can buy in a store.
Apples make a carrot mixture even more delicious.
Any potion with tangerine is amazing.

I have peeled more than twenty oranges and tangerines in the past two days.

One of my favorite creations is the Vampiro (vampire). Made of beets, carrots, celery, and oranges or mmmm tangerines, this energizing juice earned its name because of its sangre (blood) shade.

Although I have a compendium of recipes to perfect, I make a glass of sangre almost every day.
