I like to go to the tianguis before the crowds begin to file in around noon. Not only is it easier to maneuver the stalls and see all of the things for sale, but it is a great way to really enjoy the entertainment. This one-man band played, never looking up from his instruments, never knowing if the music was for a crowd of hundreds or just me. And, so I stood there for a bit. And, I decided not to applaud because then he might know there was no crowd. Just me.
