The other day as I was on the edge of Tahoe Park, I saw this cat on a leash.
She was the star of an unofficial parade that included her handler, her handler’s friend and two dogs.
Needless to say, the cat was not delighted by this spectacle, but she also wasn’t as dismayed as I might’ve predicted.
