The sign about cell phones that features: “This is a sacred place; please turn off your cell phones” would make a good community college classroom poster.
Regarding the physically challenged person, I have never noticed discourtesy here in Oaxaca such that it warrants a sign or more.
But, as I am introducing rules (for example for field trips) in my own classes I often explain that there’s a reason why specific rules exist. There’s a specific incident (or more) behind this poster.
