Oaxaca held a three-day conference celebrating bicycles. Attempting to make Oaxaca a more bicycle-friendly place, they invited speakers and welcomed people to ride to the events. There is a group: Oaxaca Is More Beautiful on a Bicycle that meets in front of Santo Domingo Church on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9 p.m. to ride through the streets of Oaxaca.
